Hi! We're so glad you're here. I'm Amanda and this is my husband Andrew and I on our wedding day. We got married legally in November of 2023, but had a big wedding with all of our friends and family in September of 2024. I was a marketing coordinator at a company that went under and had to lay everyone off just two months before our big day (safe to say I was STRESSED). Since we were on a tight budget, we had to do everything ourselves—leaving me with little time for applications and interviews. I have always loved planning and decorating, especially when it came to weddings and parties. I figured this would be as good a time as any to turn that passion into something profitable. Thanks to my husband's work ethic and business experience, he helped me create Amanda's Occasions. With my eye for design and his mathematical mind, we put all of our hard work of wedding planning to good use. We started renting out all of our carefully curated items for others to use and enjoy! I want planning and decorating events to be as stress-free as possible for others since we didn't get that luxury. We do all of the buying, storing, and cleaning so you don't have to.
